Eleventake Hub is run by Eleventake Studio. This page explains what we store about you, why, who else sees it and what you can do about it. Questions go to Support.
What we store
- Account: your account ID, display name, custom URL, avatar, and the real name, country and summary you choose to add.
- Sign-in methods: for Google, your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture (the picture becomes your avatar if you have none); for a Solana wallet, its public address; for a passkey, its public key. We never see your Google password, your wallet's private key or your passkey's private key.
- Session: a sign-in cookie (
eh_session, 30 days) and, only while you sign in with Google, a short cookie (eh_oauth, 10 minutes). We use no advertising or analytics cookies. - Activity on the hub: friends, profile comments, global chat messages, trade offers, market listings and sales, your items and their history, badges and level, and when you were last online.
- Games: when you link a game, its account ID and name for you, your play time and achievement counts, and the items it gives you. Our own games (Sun City) use your Eleventake account directly: playing one creates or links it, with the Google account or Solana wallet you sign in with there, and your game wallet and items move into it.
- Wallet: your balance and its history, your deposit address, deposits and withdrawals with their Solana addresses and transactions.
- Support: your tickets, bug reports, replies and the screenshots you attach.
- Verified FOMO: if you use it, your FOMO handle and the proof you submit.
- Security: your IP address (grouped by network for IPv6) is kept for a short time to limit repeated attempts, and our servers may log it.
Why
To run your account and the features you use (sign-in, profile, friends, chat, trading, market, wallet, support), to keep the hub safe (rate limits, moderation, checks on withdrawals) and to follow the law, for example for payments.
What others can see
Your profile is public: name, avatar, custom URL, real name, country and summary if you add them, level, badges, friends, showcase, comments, linked games, your wallet address and your inventory. Chat messages and market listings are public too. Your Google email, balance, deposits, withdrawals and support tickets are not shown to other players.
Who else receives data
- Google, when you sign in with Google (Google's own privacy policy applies there).
- The Solana network: wallet addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain by design and cannot be removed.
- Games you link: your account ID and name and the items involved, so the game can recognise you.
- FOMO, if you use Verified FOMO, to check your handle.
- OVH, our hosting provider in the European Union, which stores the data for us.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
How long
We keep your data while you have an account. Sessions end after 30 days or when you sign out; rate-limit records are removed after about an hour. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it. Database backups are kept on our hosting provider.
Your choices
- Edit or remove your profile details and avatar in Settings.
- Remove a sign-in method in Settings, or remove the hub from your Google account permissions.
- Sign out on this device, or everywhere from Settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account through Support.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
